Some plants to improve our health

There are many plants, that help us to improve our health, and our image, but there are also some plants that are useful to prevent some diseases. In this section I will write about this plants and their utilities.

  1. Aloe Vera, this is a plant that has different uses, between them the aloe is useful for the acne (topical use), relieves digestive disorders, it lowers blood sugar levels, and even it reduces dental plaque!.

  2. The lavender, is a plant that helps to relieve anxiety, stress, and the its oil prevents hair loss, it also can be used in salads but in small doses.

  3. The ginger is a plant that almost everyone has on their houses and probably don't know their various uses,between them, it can help to lower the risk of cancer, or that it stops nauseas,and it eases colds and flues. People who have high blood pressure should use it with caution and in minimum doses, however, you should always consult your doctor.

  4. Parsley, this plant helps with the acne, and with the irritable colon.

  5. Avocado, the avocado helps with heart diseases, because it has healthy fats.
