Basic shopping list




Something very important is to stay nourished, because if someone is not nourished they could suffer from some diseases or could faint so that's why I will add a basic shopping list for a vegan or plant based person.




  1. Dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, Swiss chard, bok choy, arugula)

  2. Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant, carrots)

  3. Fruits (grapefruit, oranges, berries, bananas, apples, avocados)

  4. Whole grains (oats, quinoa, barley, amaranth, brown rice)

  5. Dried or canned legumes (black beans, lentils, chickpeas)

  6. Tofu and tempeh

  7. Nuts and seeds (walnuts, almonds, cashews, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds)

  8. Non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy)

  9. Tahini
